Special cuvee from the best vintages
SAGRADO BIANCO

Wine made from a cuvee of our best DOC CARSO whites: Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon, and Traminer Aromatico. The grapes already selected during the harvest are fermented separately. After six months, in which the wine is in contact with various yeasts, the wines are blended together, kept in wood for a short maturation period, and than bottled. Wine of great personality, with a prevailing aromatic note which is, however, very composite and harmonious. Suitable for special occasions, Sagrado Bianco is recommended when structure, elegance and softness are required. To better enjoy the nuances of this original cuvee, we suggest to serve it at a temperature of 10° C - 12° C in a crystal goblet for white wines.


Special cuvee of the best vintages
SAGRADO ROSSO

This great wine comes from a cuvee of our best DOC CARSO reds: Cabernet Franc, Turmino and Cabernet Sauvignon. During the three-year maturation in barriques and tonneaux made separately for each wine, the three varieties are carefully controlled and, at the end a severe selection, we assemble them with different percentages in order to make our special red cuvee. Sagrado Rosso is round and velvety finishing on a lovely spice note. The wine is rich in texture and personality with a tart and peppery warmness. It is a great wine for demanding and knowing palates. We suggest it for all important occasions served at a temperature of 18° C - 20° C in large crystal goblets.

 

 
 

MERLOT

The Vintage Selection of Merlot, a classic and important wine with special structure and body, is finally ready to be tasted by the most sophisticated mouths. The color is deep ruby-red with some brown shades. The smell, intense and complex, reminds of mature wild red berries with a bit of spicy note. At the taste, the Merlot seems persistently round, velvety, and elegant with an aromatic finishing.

We suggest it for all important occasions served at a temperature of 18° C - 20° C in large crystal goblets.
